Lenovo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Partner to support senior leaders in the International Sales Organization. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly across a complex global environment, requiring discretion, precision, and a strong sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones Organize executive staff meetings, including agenda planning, deck consolidation, and follow-ups Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including proactive tracking of itineraries Process and reconcile expense reports, manage travel budgets, and support policy compliance Lead planning and execution of organization-wide events such as All Hands and Town Halls Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure alignment with executive commitments Mentor and support administrative colleagues across the support centerQualifications
Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, global corporate environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and internal tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound judgment and initiative in decision-making Understanding of organizational structures and cross-regional collaboration Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionWhat We Offer
