Summary:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Huntington's Capital Market Executives and division by performing an unlimited range of complex duties in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Prepares, edits and composes email correspondence.
+ Maintains and establishes electronic reports or files.
+ Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available.
+ Schedules, coordinates and makes arrangements for meetings.
+ Book travel and manage expense reporting for internal and external clients.
+ Coordinates, meetings, agendas, and distribution lists for regular department meetings.
+ May complete special projects and perform special tasks such as budgeting and/or variance reporting.
+ Organizes workflow for onboarding of new colleagues, tracks equipment ordering, and location assignments.
+ Data entry and document management for purchase orders and accounts payable.
+ Manages calendar, scheduling and rescheduling of meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an executive administrative support role.
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ More than five (5) years' experience in an executive administrative support role within banking or financial institutions.
+ Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments & duties to meet tight deadlines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.
+ Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
