As theExecutive Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable, high quality administrative support to multiple senior Supply Chain leaders at KDP. You will be a consummate professional, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the Supply Chain and KDP leadership teams. You will work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, exercise superb judgment in proactively prioritizing work, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion while performing a full range of administrative duties. You will also create and maintain specialized reports, pre-work and meeting preparation, presentations, records, and files required for the Supply Chain Leadership team.

Your Responsibilities will include:

 Manage the agendas of senior Supply Chain leaders Provide full administrative support including, but not limited to, schedule management, travel arrangements, expense/invoice management and event/meeting planningDevelop presentations, templates, graphics, and chart inputs at the highest professional standards. Proofread and edit presentations as neededOrganize and effectively develop executive level presentation materialsSource and collaborate with external graphic design agencies for presentations and content creationMaintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with all business mattersManage team related inquiries and serve as key point of contactEffectively manage work of a confidential nature with discretionProactively and effectively manage and prioritize senior Supply Chain leaders’ time Help ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner, using superb judgment to assist and make decisions with minimal supervision Build and maintain high level of collaboration/partnership with other administrative staff across the organization for mutual successScreen and manage telephone and email inquiries and requestsEnsure timely expense reporting in compliance with organizational policiesProcess departmental invoices and ensure all incoming invoices are on time and accurate (use of SAP system)Carry out any other task that may support KDP’s supply chain functionsFollow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
Requirements:
5+ years administrative experience supporting executive-level leadershipExpertise with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent time-management and priority-setting skillsMust possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy Excellent judgment, problem solving skills and decision-making abilityAbility to work independently and to be resourceful with minimal supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentSAP, WebEx, and Concur Travel & Expense experience preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities, while keeping organized, efficient, positive and focusedDesire to proactively partner with administrative peers for efficiency and effectiveness in supporting senior-level individualsDrive to provide best in class support to leaders, enabling their success and the success of the team/companyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products—Excel, Outlook, etc.Can do attitude with a willingness to “pitch in”Personal desire to succeed and grow with a thriving company
