Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
• Provide exceptional customer service by serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Assist in the development and execution of operational plans to achieve team objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and track progress on key operational initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Ensure operational efficiency by identifying and addressing potential process improvements.
• Support the team in achieving both short-term and long-term planning goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Requirements • Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and modify documents and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and planning events.
• Demonstrated ability to manage special projects and align them with operational objectives.
• A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
