Executive Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative functions, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and follow-up.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and reports.
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.
Assist with expense reporting.
Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
