Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and engaging role. This position offers the opportunity to learn new skills and explore different opportunities while supporting key projects and contributing to team growth.

ResponsibilitiesProvide calendar support for two partner-level managers.Manage onboarding of new hires and oversee headcount management.Handle travel and morale budget management.Support onsite team activities and manage space allocation.Plan and coordinate events.Order equipment and manage distribution lists.Perform various administrative tasks, including calendaring.Essential SkillsMinimum of 4+ years experience with Outlook calendaring.At least 2+ years experience in managing headcount and providing team support.3+ years experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is required, ideally with 2+ years at the company.3-5 years of proven professional Executive Assistant experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma required; college degree is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.Work Environment

The role is hybrid-local, requiring onsite presence in Redmond, WA for three days per week. You will be working in a newer building with the largest cafe on campus, fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
