New opportunity to support C-Suite/Owner of multi state building supply company. This individual is looking for someone that can manage calendar,travel, sales reports- and represent them in sales mtgs when not onsite. Very high level of confidentiality- and the ability to manage/priorotize tasks daily. This is an onsite role, not hybrid and is located West Ashely/N.Charleston area. Manage email, calendar, and travel logisticsHandle communications and follow-ups on behalf ofCoordinate expense reports and reimbursement submissionsDraft and send internal company updatesProvide daily and weekly status recaps


Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Ideal Candidate ProfileTech-savvy generalist: Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and AdobeHighly organized communicator: Capable of managing email, coordinating travel, and summarizing company activity.Self-directed: Can take ownership of delegated tasks, follow up independently, and flag issues in AR/AP, returns, and estimates.Discreet & professional: Able to handle sensitive financial and operational data.
