Executive – Transfer Pricing
Our Transfer Pricing team supports the transfer pricing operations and compliance activities of the Macquarie Group, including the collection and analysis of large datasets related to global related-party transactions. In this role you will be responsible for preparing global transfer pricing documentation, supporting audit processes, and providing analyses for planning and compliance activities. You will also be required to manage transfer pricing allocations, driving process improvements, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain effective relationships. Additionally, the role requires developing a deep understanding of Macquarie's financial systems, business operations, and interdependencies. What you offer

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in reviewing and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable recommendations. • A general understanding of the financial services industry, including business operations and regulatory requirements. • Work experience in the transfer pricing field and/or familiarity with transfer pricing rules and regulations, including international frameworks such as OECD guidance and developments, is advantageous but not mandatory. • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is willing to support colleagues as needed. • A self-starter with excellent organisational skills, capable of independently prioritising tasks and managing processes. • Proficient in use of business applications such as Excel, PowerBI, Accounting Systems (e.g. Oracle).
