\nUnder the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results everyday.
Responsibilities\nOperational Management:\n\n◦ Plan and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
\n◦ Manage warehouse operations, including stock audits, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
\n◦ Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
\n\nProcess Optimization:\n\n◦ Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve workflow and reduce lead times.
\n◦ Analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, freight costs) and report findings to senior management.
\n\nCompliance & Safety:\n\n◦ Ensure adherence to local/international regulations (e.g., customs, hazardous materials).
\n◦ Promote workplace safety protocols and sustainability initiatives.
\n\nStakeholder Collaboration:\n\n◦ Liaise with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.
\n◦ Resolve escalated customer inquiries related to shipping delays or damages.

Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.\nFamiliarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).\nProficiency in WMS/TMS platforms\nAbility to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.\n
