We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Policy Services team.
This role will be responsible to support the Benefits & Payments team to handle policy servicing related matters and to ensure a smooth and timely policy payouts.
Position Responsibilities:
Proactively analyze processes to identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in life insurance operations processesBe the liaison point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure requirements are clearly understood and translated to functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across work-streamsLiaise and work closely with Information System Department in seeking solutions to problems identifiedReview business requirements for system enhancementsPerform user acceptance testing on system enhancements or production fixes and ensure proper follow through of issues till closureProcess service requests from customers in order to build a strong foundation on the business processesEnsure relevant standard operating procedure manual are updated on a timely basis whenever there are amendments or updatesSupports audit requests, appeals and service recoveryManage team’s email inboxAny other duties delegated from time to timeRequired Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree from any recognized institution/universityRelated insurance qualifications would be an advantageMinimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant experience in life insurance operationsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsFlexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to be customer centricStrong written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous with an eye for details and a proactive attitudeTeam playerWhen you join our team:
