New Business is one of the core important functions for any life insurance company as it determines and manages the inception of an insurance policy of a customer. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective management on all new business applications.
Position Responsibilities:
Administrate medical report payments, medical institution listing as well as reminders Manage department’s email inboxHandle external vendorsProcess refunds of excess paymentsPrint and document policies and contractsMonth end duties for case inceptions with the rest of the teamRotatable duties within team covering other scopesAdhoc duties such as assumed payment listing
Required Qualifications:
Working experience in operations and administration work, preferably from the life insurance industryLife Insurance certificates are seen favorablyProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to be customer centric
