Executive, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting GCM

Position Statement

The Executive focuses on hotel-facing consulting, enhancing the marketing and e-commerce performance of all focus service brand hotels in GCM region (exclude MLA hotels). This role will ensure hotels are equipped to maintain a strong online presence and visibility to boost online channel performance and meet commercial objectives, utilizing digital marketing insights and managing relevant processes and technology solutions.

What will I be doing?

\n

 

\n

As the Executive, Marketing & eCommerce Consulting – GCM, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

\n\nProvide Marketing & eCommerce operational consultation support for all focus service hotels (exclude MLA hotels) in GCM region.

\nDeliver effective hotel empowerment and consulting support, ensuring optimal digital presence and performance while meeting defined SLAs.

\nDeploy MECC tools and programs to re-skill and up-skill hotel commercial teams in Marketing and eCommerce competencies. This includes online training clinics and automated job aids for self-serve online performance optimization.

\nInvest in talent development through themed trainings, meetings, and workshops. Create customized curriculum and training materials to enable hotels to succeed in digital marketing.

\nEnhance hotel-level communication efficiency through increased automation of systems and tools.

\nMaintain key internal stakeholder relationships with regional commercial, operational, and brand heads to align on enterprise commercial priorities and support execution at the hotel level.

\nContinuously evaluate and suggest improvements for team processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service for both internal and external customers.

\nImprove regional level training platforms and content to optimize effectiveness.

\nDevelop scalable, efficient solutions (platforms, systems) to allow MECC to scale effectively.

Required Qualifications

\n

·       Minimum Education: BA/BS/bachelor’s degree

\n

·       Minimum Years of Experience: 5+

\n

·       Minimum Years of Management Experience: 1+
