You will be responsible for managing financial budgeting planning and enhance staff well-being within the Division of Radiological Sciences. Your job duties include:
Plan and prepare annual budget review Manage expenditure and income of department funds Prepare updates of financial accounts and presentations to Senior Management Provide advice on financial matters Plan and oversee engagement activities Drive employee engagement surveys, analyse the survey results, make recommendations for improvement and present to management Create quarterly newsletters for Division Manage Division's intranet and internet Provide secretariat support to committees/ projects/ department meetings (include taking notes of meetings)
Requirements
Degree in Business Management or similar discipines Strong financial skills (eg, budgeting, financial reporting) Able to multi-task Good communication skills
