We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury & Finance Operations Executive to support daily financial operations, payment processing, bank coordination, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross-functional teams with treasury-related tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

Review Lawson AP DTOs and ensure accuracy.Prepare daily payout schedules and Concur payment jets.Handle payment queries from OCBC Bank and other financial institutions.Prepare fund transfers via cheque and wire.Prepare cheques for agency training payments.

Reporting & Reconciliation:

Generate weekly invoice status reports.Prepare TTR (Transaction Tracking Report).Collect and reconcile bond interest due.Prepare and reconcile petty cash jets and perform regular petty cash counts.

Banking & Treasury:

Manage bank accounts and maintain updated records.Visit banks for treasury-related matters and documentation.Coordinate with banks for fund transfers and issue resolution.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Attend meetings with internal teams and cross-functional departments.Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or accounting roles.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Lawson, SAP) and expense management tools (e.g., Concur) is a plus.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good understanding of banking procedures and payment processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Other:

Willingness to visit banks and handle physical documentation when required.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
