We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Executive, Events to join our dynamic team at Manulife. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, management, and execution of high-profile events that enhance our brand visibility and strengthen our relationships with key partners.
As an Executive, Events, you will oversee the entire event lifecycle with the team, from concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring that each event aligns with our corporate goals and delivers exceptional value. You will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to create engaging and memorable experiences that resonate with our diverse audiences.
Position Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate events from conception to completionLiaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless executionHandle event budgets and ensure cost-effectivenessCoordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipmentSupport team members of events execution and event administrationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve event goalsEnsure timely and successful event deliveryEvaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvementsRequired Qualifications:
Min. 2 years of experience in Events management-Proven track record of successful event executionExcellent communication, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and also ability to work in a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in relevant software and tools (ie Microsoft office – Excel, Adobe, Canva)When you join our team:
