Job Description

1、熟悉零售业务政策和返利计算规则，交付零售返利计算结果，支持返利结算背靠背校验，确保交付报告的准确性和及时性；

2、具备大数据量处理运算能力，如流向数据、主数据的抓取，合并，匹配等操作；

3. 能熟悉理解、充分掌握多种返利计算规则，搭建返利计算相关模型，优化返利公式和结算过程，推进返利工作自动化；

4. 保持与零售业务、TMK同事沟通交流，理解业务诉求，并提供一定支持，共同寻求合理的返利执行方案，提供优化建议。

5. 支持推进返利线上平台搭建，跟踪管理系统搭建进度，不断优化改进；

6. 开发返利日常业务、运营数据统计与分析类数据报表；

7. 其他布置的返利相关工作。

8. 具备严格的合规管理意识，需按照公司合规要求执行返利日常工作。

岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历， 大于3年医药行业背景，有程序编写工作经验优先。

2.熟悉流向数据规则，有大数据量处理经验。

3.具备较强的沟通能力和应变能力，精通Excel，Python等主流数据分析工具。

4.具备零售业务知识，商业模式背景。

5.具备严谨的工作态度，良好的服务意识，较强的学习能力。
