Job Description

Capacity planning considering seasonality analysis, historical trend and sales forecast.

Prepare CAPEX and OPEX based on resource requirements 

Deep drive for individual processes to identify any bottlenecks and mitigate by adding resources or any other practical solution.

Have clear understanding on different manufacturing processes like mass production, batch production, job shop production to evaluate the capacity utilization by measuring UEE, UPLH, Flexibility, Reliability, Scrap etc.

Coordinate with each product line to get detailed insights on the machine utilization and find out any bottlenecks and involve management to take immediate decisions

Prepare the capacity planning for peak season, align management with all the factors has been considered from historical business, sign off and execute all the KPI 

Participate in peak season evaluation process by measuring key achievements and learnings.

Collaborate with Global supply chain teams and regularly catch up with them to provide valuable inputs on progress for supply chain KPIs and compare with other sites.

Coordinate with global and local commercial teams on any biz growth opportunities and new program developments to ensure the capacity plan is well prepared.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 Years of experience in Production, Operations, Lean Manufacturing, Business Analysis etc.

Bachelor / Master’s degree in Engineering from any reputed Universities, MBA/Supply Chain related education will add advantage.

Solid analytical skills & mathematical aptitude.

Good Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, ppt) and Google Sheet, Google Slide.

Ability to work as a Team player.
