Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Director to lead and optimize our Incentives, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Learning & Development functions. This pivotal role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight to elevate our sales performance and talent development, directly impacting the company’s growth and market leadership.

As a key player in our organization, you will balance delivering measurable results with inspiring and developing your team. You will design innovative incentive programs, optimize sales strategies, and foster a culture of continuous learning—all while providing actionable insights that shape executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Talent Development

Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.Create tailored development plans that align individual growth with the company’s strategic vision.Mentor and coach team members to unlock their full potential and drive collective success.

Incentive Strategy & Execution

Design and implement forward-thinking incentive programs aligned with product launches and business goals.Analyze program effectiveness using data-driven insights and adapt strategies to maximize impact.Lead your team in identifying challenges and innovating solutions to enhance motivation and results.

Sales Force Effectiveness & Market Strategy

Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales productivity and ROI.Conduct deep-dive analyses of sales performance and market trends to propose new go-to-market models.Ensure CRM data integrity and support sales teams in activity reporting and organization.Provide strategic oversight while engaging hands-on in performance analysis and competitive benchmarking.

Learning & Development Excellence

Identify skill gaps and design impactful training programs that boost engagement and capabilities across sales, marketing, and commercial functions.Continuously evaluate and refine learning initiatives to ensure alignment with our WOW and ELS principles.Foster a growth mindset and culture of continuous improvement within your teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Alignment

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, Product, and Senior Leadership to align initiatives and accelerate business outcomes.Lead cross-departmental projects, defining clear deliverables and timelines to ensure seamless execution.Drive innovation in targeting new market segments, especially in white space areas like capital and hematology.

Culture, Compliance & Reporting

Champion company values and ensure compliance within your areas of responsibility.Prepare and present insightful reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.Coach your team on effective communication of findings and business insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; postgraduate degree preferred.Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Support, HR, or related areas.Proven track record leading high-performance teams and developing talent.Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and influencing skills in both Spanish and English.Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
