**Position Summary**
The Executive Assistant will provide support two Vice Presidents within the PBM Finance leadership team. You must be able to work independently with moderate level of guidance. To be successful you will need to possess strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
**Key Activities Include**
Maintain organizational charts, staff listings, and email contact and distribution lists
Create, maintain, and send out weekly reports
Manage seating charts and coordinate with Property Administration on moves and seating changes
Assist with planning, scheduling, and updating meetings and special events
Review and maintain VP calendars, provide availability, and adjust meetings as needed
New hire support to include ordering appropriate laptop, related components, and company cell phone
Leadership requests including booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, and arrange catering
Arrange travel for VP level (and others as requested)
Prepare and submit expense reports for VPs (and others as requested)
Send communications to staff from appropriate mailbox utilizing distribution list
Order and track office supplies
Provide signature on approved documents
Assist with building communications, safety, and fire drills
**Required Qualifications**
3+ years of professional work experience required
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
2+ years of experience using Ariba, Egencia, Concur (or equivalent administrative systems)
**Preferred Qualifications**
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
**Education**
High school diploma or GED required

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$22.59 - $49.04
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
