We are currently seeking **analytical and driven O365 Engineers** to join our dynamic IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment where your expertise will directly support our mission to care for people and organizations in their time of need. **Your Role:** As an O365 Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient collaboration tools and infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** + Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and Intune MDM. + Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory, including security groups and MFA configurations. + Perform Exchange mailbox migrations and manage hybrid Exchange environments (2010, 2016, Online). + Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting. + Troubleshoot and support enterprise-scale Windows Server environments (2008–2016). + Configure and support SMTP gateways (e.g., Microsoft Defender, ProofPoint, ClearSwift, Ironport). + Collaborate with ITIL-based service functions to ensure high-quality service delivery. + Support clustering technologies and load balancing solutions. + Maintain DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy configurations. **What You Bring:** + Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD. + Strong understanding of Exchange architecture and SMTP protocols. + Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Intune administration. + Familiarity with ITIL service management practices. + Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments. + Experience with Microsoft Defender or other email security platforms. + PowerShell scripting proficiency. + A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills. **Desirable:** + Experience in a global or enterprise-scale IT environment. + Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills are highly valued. **What we’ll give you for this role:** **Remuneration & more** + Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications + A Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme (SIPP) + You will join an appropriate incentive (bonus) scheme + Holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays + Flexible working from our office or your home **Health & support** + Private healthcare plan (including pre-existing conditions) + Life assurance + Employee assistance programme for employee wellbeing + Group Income Protection **Other benefits** + Voluntary benefits – dental cover, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, welling and digital GP applications + Discounts on various products and services **This isn't just a position, it's a pivotal role in shaping our industry** At Sedgwick, you won't just build your career; you'll cultivate a team of experts.
