The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. + Assists the Director of Environmental Services in providing leadership, strategy and direction in regard to effectively fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Environmental Services Department. + Manages all staff, duties and operations in accordance with all local, state and national jurisdictions. + Interfaces with all departments and leaders in the organization in providing effective cleaning and hygienic services that promote decreased infection. + Rates and improved patient satisfaction scores. + Effectively manage the staff in order to maximize productivity while operating within budgetary guidelines.
