EVS Manager
Job Description Our client is looking to bring on an EVS Manager for a Medical Center in Sacramento. The team is comprised of ~30 EVS Staff members which as the manager, you will be overseeing. Responsibilities: - Overseeing EVS Staff at the hospital - Training and helping employees - Room inspections after staff do discharges - scheduling and employee resolutions - Roll up their sleeves and help clean from time to time. - Report to the local EVS Director/Regional Shift time = Monday-Friday and occasional weekend work Pay range = ~$35/hr We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 1) Need to have at least 2 years experience managing exempt staff (Supervisory level staff) 2) 3 Years experience Managing in Acute Care Hospital Environment 3) Knowledge of Acute Care Regulatory requirements (title 22, Joint Commision, OSHA) 4) Knowledgeable with Patient Experience as relates to Acute Care HCAHPS 5) Know how to manage Labor budgets and managing FTE levels for daily staffing - Managerial/Director level experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
