The EVP, PRS North America Sales & Distribution Leader is responsible for leading 120 Sales & Distribution professionals in North America to achieve planned profitable growth targets across all regions. Top responsibilities include driving execution and measurement of key sales initiatives and development of distribution tier strategies and sales best practices while providing strong leadership and development to the North American S&D team.
Additionally, through PRS Regional Sales & Distribution Leaders, the EVP, PRS NA Sales & Distribution leader drives, measures, and evolves strategy for:
Sales management including sales best practices consistency across the regions National distribution partner relationship management Distribution management and engagement Utilization of competitive intelligence and analytics, as well as sales data reporting Sales skill development of PRS S&D staff Sales strategies for new and existing products Further evolution of the sales culture and S&D functionAs PRS evolves its distribution and sales strategy for future success, the NA S&D Leader encourages innovative thought and experimentation with new tactics and initiatives that keep PRS at the forefront of the premium insurance market.
Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with Regional Leaders, oversees the performance of the PRS Sales & Distribution team ensuring strong performance and accountability to production results and tactics Creates and executes sales strategy for timely division initiatives such as Opportunity Geographies Manages NA premium production budgeting process and creates NA wide tactical plans to achieve same Conducts monthly financial reviews to initiate tactical shifts by branch/region to drive growth including new business, cross sell, retention, and pipeline management. Cultivates in depth knowledge and analysis of results to identify and act on trends and adapt as needed to maximize production. Manages S&D expense plan and works with Regional Leaders and REOs to develop and execute commission plans Envision and execute a robust distribution strategy that contemplates the distribution consolidation trend and Chubb’s growth expectations Acts as member of PRS home office leadership team. Partners with PRS home office leaders to ensure alignment of key deliverables, timelines, and results. Represents the marketplace and distribution in home office work. Has his/her finger on the pulse of the market. Cultivates collaborative relationships within and outside of PRS leveraging the talent and contributions of the entire sales & distribution team Ongoing collaboration with Field Admin leadership is required to formulate successful distribution strategies that take into consideration local markets Strong collaboration with the PRS Chief Marketing Officer ensures that sales strategy and tactical execution is fully coordinated in the marketplace to maximize growth potential and drive focused execution of division priorities Builds and sustains excellent relationships with Underwriting, Product, Risk Consulting, Operations, Finance and Data Analytics Leaders in PRS Provides industry thought leadership through affiliations and speaking engagements with PRMA/CIPC and other external COI relationships Promotes the professional development of ASMs, ARMs, RAMs, BDMs, and PL managers by providing coaching, mentoring and educational opportunities Creates a work environment that inspires high levels of performance, facilitates teamwork, and capitalizes on each individual’s strengths and differencesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The candidate should have property and casualty experience at a senior management level, a broad understanding of industry issues, a track record of achieving results and highly advanced sales and distribution management skills. The candidate must also have a record of success in leading, coaching and developing people and the ability to establish a positive work environment that leverages diverse perspectives and engages all members of the team.

The pay range for the role is $250,000 to $330,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
