Responsibilities:
Technological support and coordination the daily work of 5-7 developers, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration. Ensure that all solutions are in line with the current architecture and adhere to best practices. Stay informed about the latest technology trends and incorporate them into our solutions. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Support innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas. Oversee the development and maintenance of reactors, ensuring high performance and reliability.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Team Architect or similar role. Strong knowledge of current architecture frameworks and technology trends. Excellent leadership, coordination and delegation skills. Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2-3 years or more experience in software development (C# and .NET) Knowledge of software development and testing processes (agile) English Openness and curiosity
