We are looking for a new colleague who will join our office in Budapest:

HR Business Partner Trainee

Responsibilities:

Supporting the work of HR Business Partners Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports in Excel Planning and processing exit interviews, occasionally conducting them Preparing presentations (PowerPoint and Power BI) and occasionally presenting them to management Participation in HR projects

Requirements:

Full-time, active student status (for at least 1 more year) Ability to work approximately 25 hours per week Intermediate English language knowledge both in written and oral High proficiency in MS Office Excel (knowledge of functions, pivot tables) User level knowledge of other MS Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Interest in the field of HR Perseverance and accuracy in work Analytical, logical mindset Good interpersonal and communication skills

Advantages:
