Events Warehouse Associate Supervisor (Onsite)

**What you will do**
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Events Warehouse Associate Supervisor (Onsite) to lead and support a high-performing team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. This onsite role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations related to event support, including inventory management, kit preparation, shipping logistics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a continuous improvement mindset, skilled in training and coaching, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while meeting regulatory expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage a team of 4+ associates to ensure operational efficiency and outstanding customer service.
+ Direct team activities, manage equipment and workloads, and align resources to meet evolving customer needs.
+ Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster growth, ensure training compliance, and enhance productivity.
+ Oversee the timely completion of required business reports (e.g., quarterly updates, expense reports).
+ Develop and manage a new inventory and kit management system, including shipping logistics and cost-saving strategies.
+ Analyze and trend key business data to refine or implement new processes that drive performance and customer satisfaction.
+ Identify and execute continuous improvement projects with a focus on collaboration, problem-solving, and operational integrity.
+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards in warehouse operations.
**What you will need**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience
+ Customer service or experience and stakeholder management
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience using DDM or similar inventory management systems
+ Working knowledge of Power BI
