About The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for events and a desire to build a career in sales. As an Events Sales Associate, you will support the sales team in generating leads, managing client inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of our event bookings. You will learn the intricacies of event sales, develop your sales skills, and play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our clients.
Sales Support & Lead Generation:
Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
Conduct initial client outreach via phone, email, and social media.
Research and identify new business opportunities within target markets.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and sales activities.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
Client Communication & Relationship Building:
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with potential and existing clients.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Assist in the follow-up process to ensure client satisfaction and secure bookings.
Act as a point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
Event Coordination Support:
Assist in the coordination of event details and logistics.
Communicate event requirements and client preferences to internal teams.
Help prepare event documentation and contracts.
Support the sales team during event site visits and client meetings.
Help collect payment information.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare and distribute sales reports and updates.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Learn and utilize company CRM.
About You
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred).
Proficient in English (B2, C1).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
A passion for the events industry.
Sales experience a plus, but not required.
