Why is this role important at Infobip?

As an experienced and agile Events Marketing Specialist in our North America (NAM) Marketing team, you’ll be at the intersection of Event Management and Field Marketing -- responsible for driving regional brand presence, generating demand, and deepening relationships with prospects and customers through memorable, high-impact experiences.

From strategy to execution, you’ll own regional events—from 3rd party conferences and sponsorships to custom Infobip activations, roadshows, and executive roundtables. This role is a highly visible position; you’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to ensure that every event maps to our GTM strategy and business objectives.

More about what you’ll be doing:

Event & Activation Strategy

Identify and develop strategies that support brand awareness through key regional events.

Develop and own a regional event strategy that supports brand awareness, pipeline creation, and account expansion goals.

Identify key industry events, trade shows, and community opportunities to engage with target audiences.

End-to-End Event Management

Determine budget requirements, monitor spend, track payments/actuals.

Manage both digital and in-person events from planning to execution, often supporting multiple events with competing priorities (e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, partner events, etc.).

Lead all aspects of planning and execution for sponsored and hosted events, including budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor contracts and payments, swag, and on-site coordination.

Manage agency/vendor relationships and ensure every event reflects our brand and customer experience standards.

Field Marketing Integration

Partner with the Integrated Marketing Manager and/or Regional Sales squads to create tailored, account-based activations across target verticals.

Performance & Optimization

Provide updates/regular reporting to Leaders on the status of activities around planning and execution.

Define success metrics, track KPIs (such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, registrations, attendance rate, attrition rate, meetings booked/attended) and produce post-event reporting and analysis.

Continuously iterate on event strategy based on feedback, performance insights, and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Integrated Marketing Manager to drive attendance and engagement through cross-channel promotions, lead follow-up alignment, and audience segmentation.

Provide project coordination for different stakeholders by effectively delegating and assigning tasks and creating timelines.

Set up and maintain the SharePoint site per major event

Keep the events calendar updated on SharePoint with input from global, the markets, the sectors and the partners

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional in-region and global teams to create event goals, presentations, pre- and post-show communications

Work with global and regional stakeholders to align event messaging, creative, and content with GTM and broader marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with the digital, content, and demand generation teams to maximize event promotion and repurpose event content post-activation.
