Events Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving brand visibility and engagement through high-impact events that align with strategic business goals. By managing and executing both digital and in-person events, the Events marketing Specialist helps raise the company brand’s awareness, generate leads, strengthen partnerships, and amplify the company's presence in key markets. Your work directly supports revenue growth and market expansion through effective event-driven marketing and contributes to raising Infobip’s brand awareness globally.

The role sits within the Global External Communications Team that encompasses PR, AR, social media and events and whose mission is to unlock Infobip’s potential to the outside world by driving and supporting the company’s marketing organization’s core objectives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional in-region and global teams to create event goals, presentations, pre- and post-show communicationsIdentify and develop strategies that support brand awareness through key global eventsManage both digital and in-person events from planning to execution, often supporting multiple events with competing priorities, e.g., conferences, trade shows, webinars, partner events, etc.Keep the events calendar updated on SharePoint with input from global, the markets, the sectors and the partnersKeep the Events Hub up to date with upcoming key eventsSet up and maintain the SharePoint site for major eventsDetermine budget requirements, monitor spend, track payments/actualsProvide project coordination for different stakeholders by effectively delegating and assigning tasks and creating timelines.Report regularly to leadership on the status of activities around planning and execution

More about you:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment.Proven track record in managing both digital and in-person events of varying scales, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events.Experience in handling and managing sports events is an advantage.Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to secure favorable agreements and contracts.Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, ROI, and providing detailed post-event reports and analysis.Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Calendly, Cvent, Eventbrite) and virtual event tools (e.g., Zoom, ClickMeeting).Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, leadership) to align on event strategy and execution.Proficient in English (C1 required).
