Events Floor Manager
Job Description Role We are currently looking for an Events Floor Manager to join our Banqueting team Rosewood London. 

Key expectations of this role areAssisting the Director of Event Operations & In Room Dining as the point of contact to event clients in a manner that all guest and client requirements and company standards are achieved and maintained in respect of quality, volume and service.Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the operations department regarding all service, health and safety and supervision of Event operations.Ensuring a smooth day to day running of the beverage services regarding all service, health and safety and supervision of bar operations.Carrying out necessary preparation in planning for forthcoming events for all operating supplies.Conducting any on the job training for new staff members and ensure company standards are achieved.Working closely with the Events & Groups Manager on an ongoing improvement of the service.Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.
ProfileThe ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.A good understanding of how to supervise agency workers and casual associates.Having a passion for events and taking ownership of the guest experience.
