Apple Worldwide Events seeks a dynamic Events Coordinator to support live events within our event venue portfolio, focusing primarily on events Steve Jobs Theater, Apple Park Observatory and key locations across Apple Park and other global Apple campuses. The Worldwide Events team delivers on exceptional experiences, from new product launches to internal communications meetings, on premier stages and bespoke environments.
**Description**
As the Events Coordinator, you will work closely with the Event Program Manager and other team members to support heritage and values celebrations, executive comms meetings, Apple products and services focused events, VIP activations and more. Specific work will include project management, talent and back of house coordination, vendor and crew support, managing team inventory including the packing/shipping/tracking of event materials. It will also require assistance in organizing and distilling a large amount of production information into clear written and verbal communications and supporting the team in daily business operations and procedures.
This is a pivotal role in the support of the planning of a variety of internal and external facing gatherings. It’s a particularly exciting time to join our team as we continue to build flawless brand experiences on behalf of Apple!
**Responsibilities**
+ Key deliverables:
+ Coordinate talent briefs, travel and accommodations, and back of house experience (eg, hair, makeup, styling and support of hospitality riders)
+ Keep production partners on on task for outdoor heritage and values celebrations across various Apple campuses (ie, tracking key milestones and deliverables and budget)
+ Serve as contact for talent, executives and audience facing food and beverage needs.
+ Project management including coordination of planning meetings, development of keynote presentations with tactical details that reflect overall strategy,
+ Some travel may be required both regionally and internationally
+ In-office work required during peak event periods; long hours as needed for production rehearsals and event execution
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5+years validated experience working in fast paced in live events, theatrical production and/ or experiential events environments.
+ Previous experience with production assistance a plus.
+ Extreme ability to organize and track multiple parts of a project simultaneously
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ This role requires positive relationships with production vendors and cross-functional partners.
+ Ability to demonstrate confidence, professionalism and discretion when coming into close contact with executives and VIPs
+ Experience negotiating and building strong relationships with external partners.
+ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization.
+ Works well within a team and understands team dynamics. Capable of working individually or as part of a multifunctional team including peers and/or senior managers.
+ Self-starter that can work on their own initiative with the ability to influence others.
+ Flexibility to work as required to fulfill business needs
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $89,900 and $135,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
