The Events Coordinator will be part of the Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Headquarter in Milan.
Main responsibilities:
+ Support during the organization of events in the operative and logistics activities
+ Managing the reports and tracking about all events
+ Partner with Finance team to report and complete internal processes
+ Support the organization of activations in store, events in store, and international events
+ Work proactively on specific projects during the events
+ Presentation preparation for strategic meetings
Requirements:
+ Degree/Master in Marketing/Events/Communications or related field
+ Previous experiences in Retail, Hospitality or Event of at least 1-2 years
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to details
+ Problem solving and proactive attitude
+ Fluent in Italian and English, a third language will be considered as a plus
Details:
+ 6 months employment contract
+ Full-time (40h per week)
