Events Coordinator
An Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of all events within the hotel, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and guests while maximizing revenue and upholding Hilton standards\. - - - **What will I be doing?** As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all administrative and operational aspects of event planning, from initial inquiry to post\-event follow\-up\. You will liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure successful execution of events\. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: + Coordinate and support the planning and execution of meetings, banquets, weddings, and special events + Handle event inquiries and prepare detailed proposals and contracts in collaboration with the Sales and Banquet teams + Maintain consistent communication with clients before, during, and after the event to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns + Prepare function sheets and ensure accurate and timely distribution to all relevant departments + Conduct site inspections and pre\-event meetings with clients when necessary + Collaborate closely with the Banquet, Kitchen, Front Office, and AV teams to ensure smooth event operations + Ensure all event setups, services, and breakdowns are carried out according to Hilton standards and client specifications + Maintain accurate event records, billing details, and post\-event feedback for reporting and analysis + Support the department in achieving budgeted revenue through upselling and efficient coordination + Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up with clients to encourage repeat business **What are we looking for?** An Events Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members\.
