Description
Hannah Savage with Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events Coordinator to join her client's team in the hospitality industry. This individual will play a critical role in planning and executing high-impact events, with responsibilities spanning staff recruitment, vendor management, budgeting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in event coordination and a proven ability to manage complex logistics while staying on budget and meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of event staff.
+ Monitor and manage event-related operational expenses to align with budget goals.
+ Coordinate with external vendors (catering, AV, rentals, venues, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders on event goals, branding, and logistics.
+ Support strategic business and budget planning initiatives related to the events function.
+ Maintain detailed event records, post-event evaluations, and reporting metrics.
+ Oversee event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within set deadlines.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
+ 3–5 years of experience in event planning, operations, or a similar role.
+ Strong understanding of event budgeting, vendor negotiation, and logistics.
+ Experience in staff supervision or recruitment highly preferred.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with a sharp attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or event software is a plus.
