Specifically, this includes but is not limited to: + Prepare and analyze banquet event orders to gather function and guest information and ensure a proper timeline is in place\. + Respond to and fulfill all last minute event arrangements and requests\. + Follow up on and ensure proper execution of events\. + Work closely with Catering and Sales departments on a daily basis + Keep open channels of communication with all departments within hotel + Main point of contact the day of special events **What are we looking for?** + Minimum Years of Experience: one \(1\) year guest contact or customer experience\.
