For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required • One (1) year of prior related work experience required and on the job training provided **Preferred Qualifications:** • One (1) year of prior leadership experience preferred **Responsibilities:** • Initiate, plan, schedule and evaluate the work, activities and resources of crews or team members • Instruct and train employees team members in the performance of their duties and in the proper use of equipment • Enforce and abide by safety standards and regulations • Coordinate work across multiple teams on joint projects • Schedule and assign active work orders and monitors backlog, staffing requirements, staffing capabilities and previous work carryover • Develop appropriate work plans and cost estimates by analyzing tasks and determining resources required • Estimate cost of direct labor, materials, tools, equipment, and contract services; and tracks actual vs estimated costs • Ensure all work-related materials and labor are entered into the work management system • Enforce departmental policies, procedures and safety rules and regulations • Supervise and participate in the layout, design, and fabrication of signs • Write specifications, orders, and maintain an inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
