Vistex Event Specialist is a detail-oriented and proactive who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate events that align with the company's brand, goals, and culture. This role involves overseeing all aspects of event production, from initial concept to post-event analysis. This position also requires a high level of enthusiasm, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiples projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of a variety of corporate events including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and internal events. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Solution Delivery, Customer Success, etc., to understand event goals, target audiences, and desire outcomes.  Mange event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, A/V setup, transportation, and accommodations.  Develop event budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.  Coordinate with marketing teams on event promotion, branding, signage, and collateral.  Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and professionally. Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues.  Track and analyze event success and performance, including metrics, attendance, engagement, and feedback.  Maintain a calendar of events and manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines.  Demonstrate a high level of comfort and professionalism in customer-facing interactions, including in-person and virtual meetings and email communication as the primary point of contract throughout the planning and execution phases events. 

The compensation for this position is $55k to $65k annually.  Base pay will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s location, job-related knowledge, skills and work experience.
