Job Description:
Manpower is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals seeking a festive part-time job in the heart of Charleston, WV to join a Clean-Up & Setup Crew for our client at a popular local sporting venue. This role is essential to ensure the venue is clean, safe, and ready for events.
🕒 Work Schedule: 
Typical workdays: Weekdays: 6:30pm-12:00am Weekends: 3:00pm-7:00pmKey Responsibilities: Set up seating, tables, signage, and equipment before events Clean and sanitize restrooms, seating areas, and common spaces Remove trash and debris during and after events Operate basic cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, etc.) Follow safety protocols and venue guidelines Work as part of a team to meet tight deadlinesRequirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods Must be able to be on your feet for several hours during each shift Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude Dependable transportation to and from the venue Previous janitorial, custodial, or event setup experience is a plus but not requiredJob Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctuality and reliability are essential Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and how to use them safely and effectively Must pass a background check and drug test before starting
