**Even Set-Up and Tear-Down Crew** **Part-Time - Event Based (primarily 2nd and 3rd Shift)** We are looking to hire a number of Set-Up and Tear-Down Crew Members during special events (concerts, plays, sporting events, ect..) Join a fast paced team and have fun while you work!! **Job Title:** Event Set-Up Crew **Location:** Green Bay, WI **Shift:** Mostly 2nd and 3rd shift AND event based **What's the Job?** + Perform set-up duties before events, including arranging tables, erecting hockey dashers, and installing the ice rink. + Execute tear-down duties after events, ensuring all equipment is properly stored. + Assist the clean-up crew with various cleaning activities in the complex as needed. + Participate in all company-related safety programs and report any unsafe procedures. + Interact with facility patrons and guests, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. **What's Needed?** + Ability to operate hand tools and machinery, including drill presses and saws. + Looking for a flexible schedule and work during public events. . + Physical ability to stand, climb, bend, and walk for extended periods. + Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with assist and team lifts. + Strong analytical skills to follow floor plans and set up equipment accordingly. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and engaging environment. + Gain hands-on experience in event operations and management. + Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and safety. + Flexible scheduling based on event needs. + Potential for growth and advancement within the organization.
