As a **C&E Sales Executive \(all genders\)** , you will be responsible for selling events and room allocations for our 3 Vienna Hilton Hotels\. With your passion for hospitality, you will handle customer inquiries, prepare offers and contracts, and manage invoicing\.
**Other responsibilities include:**
•Selling rooms, event spaces, and services
•Developing offers and contracts according to customer/guest requirements
•Managing and coordinating event/room bookings
•Independently conducting professional property tours and detailed discussions with customers
•Timely and efficient communication with customers/guests and colleagues
•Timely creation and distribution of BEOs, Alterations, Daily reports, etc\.
•Greeting, assisting, and bidding farewell to customers/guests
•Conducting debriefs after events
•Checking \(deposit\) invoices for completeness and timely payment
•Adhering to all Hilton revenue guidelines and deadlines
•Generating all necessary reports and statistics
•Correct and complete entry of required data and activities into specific computer systems
•Participating in and supporting marketing activities such as BBOB Calls, Sales Blitz, etc\.
•Attending regular Communication Meetings \(C&E/BD/Hotel\)
