We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our team in the following position: Event Sales Coordinator (all genders)!

We entrust you with:
Various administrative tasks such as keeping statistics, creating monthly reports, maintaining programs and platformsSupporting the entire sales and event team in administrative and operational activitiesConducting house tours and supporting events on siteYou are jointly responsible for selling our event rooms and room contingents to customers and business partnersQuotation preparation and system maintenance
What we are looking for:
Completed training in the hotel industry, ideally already professional experience in Event & Sales in the luxury hotel industryPositive charisma, confident appearance, empathy and a good feeling for our demanding guestsCommunicative personality and a high degree of initiative for independent work in a dynamic teamGood computer skillsFluent written and spoken German and English

 The minimum gross monthly salary  for this position is € 2,263.00 according to the collective agreement.The willingness to overpay is of course given for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
