**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Job Description:  The Event Planner will work as part of a team on the design, development, and implementation of client events including in-person and virtual workshops, conferences, meetings. Completes tasks related to meeting registration, site logistics, onsite support, and post-meeting follow up. Interacts with project sponsors, with a focus on customer service and understanding of client expectations and needs.
