What You'll Do at Pega: Work on all aspects of event marketing including, but not limited to, outbound communications, campaign development, messaging, digital, event collateral managementProject manage marketing deliverables with internal stakeholders and channel teamAssist the Event Marketing team with special projects by lending support through project management, creating timelines and tracking projects and deliverables against deadlinesAnalyze programs, report on findings and cull insights

 

Who You Are: We are looking for an all-around team player who is excited to work on all aspects of event marketing primarily for our largest flagship eventYou should be detail oriented, able to plan ahead, not afraid to ask questions, comfortable working in the high-tech space and able to think on your feetYou are someone who is comfortable working cross-functionally and forming strong relationships. At the end of the day, you like to understand what makes your audience tick and thrive launching awesome campaignsYou are polished, a self-starter, excellent communicator, and able to form relationships in a highly matrixed organization, envision a long career in marketing

 

 

What You've Accomplished: Established ability to understand the event strategy and execute projects geared to achieving KPIsAbility to manage multiple deliverables, complex timelines, prioritize work and hit deadlinesAbility to problem solve, but also comfortable asking questions and seeking help, as neededSuperior communications skills, both written and verbal
