\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs an Event Manager , you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and overseeing events that align with our goal of achieving Forbes 5-Star recognition. You will work closely with leaders and clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for events such as weddings, conferences, banquets, and corporate gatherings, ensuring each event reflects the highest standards of service and luxury. Collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless execution. From initial planning to post-event follow-up, your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional service will contribute to creating memorable, high-quality events that meet our aspirational standards for excellence.

\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
\n\nMust have one-year previous hotel or administrative experience.\nDelphi event order & diagramming experience preferred.\nStrong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service.\nAbility to anticipate and respond to the needs and preferences of luxury clients.\nSkilled in handling sensitive issues with discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nSince being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
