Event Logistics Program Manager (m/f/d)
The Event Logistics Program Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end shipping and logistics program that supports our global event initiatives and customer meetings. This role blends tactical logistics execution with strategic program oversight—managing timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination to ensure delivery of event assets, demo equipment, and materials. Apply today!     In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Program Management Own the planning, coordination, and execution of the shipping logistics program for key events. Develop and maintain project plans, logistics roadmaps, and shipping timelines aligned with the overall event calendar. Identify program risks (e.g., customs delays, inventory issues) and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Shipping & Logistics Operations Lead end-to-end shipment management for trade shows, conferences, and brand activations. Oversee vendor selection, performance, and compliance with contracts and SLAs. Track international and domestic shipments, resolving issues quickly to avoid disruptions. Maintain and manage a centralized inventory of event materials, assets, and shipping documentation. Cross-functional Collaboration Act as the logistics liaison across Events, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and external logistics partners. Align shipment requirements with creative, technical, and onsite production teams to ensure readiness and compliance. Budget & Efficiency Management Develop and manage shipping budgets per event; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Report on KPIs including on-time delivery, shipping spend, incident rate, and vendor performance.
  Who You Are: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders. Expertise in international and domestic shipping logistics, customs documentation, and freight operations. Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills; adept at managing high-pressure timelines. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with killer attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and resourceful under tight deadlines or unexpected hiccups (aka: "the crate is stuck in customs" moments).
  For This Role, You Will Need: 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong background in logistics, events, or operations. Languages:  Hungarian, English
  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
