We are seeking an energetic and creative Event Coordinator & Marketer to help grow our brand, drive customer engagement, and execute memorable in-house events.

Starting salary is 70K plus admin fee commission

Job Overview:
As the Event Coordinator & Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and promoting all events hosted at Tabernacle. You'll play a key role in developing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and building relationships with local partners and clientele to elevate our presence in the Midtown scene.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute private events, happy hours, corporate functions, and seasonal celebrationsCoordinate with guests, vendors, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless event experiencesCreate and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local platformsDesign promotional materials and manage listings on event and hospitality platformsCollaborate with influencers and local businesses to drive brand awarenessTrack performance of marketing efforts and provide regular reports to managementMaintain and grow a calendar of events that align with the brand and clienteleRepresent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunitiesHandle incoming inquiries in a timely mannerWorking with guests to ensure high conversion

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or hospitalityStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsFamiliarity with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for eventsCreative mindset with attention to detailKnowledge of the NYC dining and event scene is a plus
