**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of plant equipment and machinery
+ Learn to troubleshoot mechanical issues under the guidance of experienced mechanics
+ Support safe and efficient plant operations during the 2nd shift
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
+ Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols

+ Willingness to learn mechanical systems and repair techniques
+ Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
+ Basic understanding of tools and mechanical concepts
+ Commitment to safety and teamwork
+ Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift materials up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
+ Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
+ Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and communicate clearly in a noisy environment
+ Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
+ Endurance to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
