We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter for our growing organization! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Contacting potential study candidates using leads, which are provided by TKL + Conducting phone interviews with potential study candidates utilizing prepared customized phone screeners + Scheduling study candidates based on a thorough and acceptable phone interview + Maintaining accurate and current information on subject base Min High School Diploma. Strong communication skills are required. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish). This is an entry level opportunity with on-the-job training. Career re-entry applicants are welcome. We have an afternoon/evening shift available, Monday-Thursday 3:00-8:00 and Friday 1:00-5:30. This is a remote, home-based position.
