Delaware North Gaming is searching for a part-time Player Club Representative to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Player Club Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests in all Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner.

What will you do?Handle daily procedures for Lucky North Club operations, including verifying IDs, maintaining accurate records, and coding applications in the systemEnroll new members, update account information, and explain club benefits, point structures, and promotional details to patronsAddress patron questions, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent guest serviceOperate and support club promotions to enhance member engagement and recruit new membersMaintain knowledge of inventory and direct mail parameters to assist with accurate club-related processes
