Paul Reed Smith Guitars
Job Title: European Union Regional Sales Manager
Paul Reed Smith Guitars is looking for an EU Regional Sales Manager to join our European team. This role focuses on growing the PRS brand across EU countries outside our distributed territories—both by strengthening relationships with retail partners and identifying new business opportunities.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial skills, a solid understanding of Profit & Loss, and at least five years of experience in musical instrument distribution. You’ll need to be a guitar player, have a genuine passion for the instrument, and thrive as part of a team.
Responsibilities and Duties
As EU Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to execute our sales strategy and ensure the full PRS portfolio is available across the highlighted countries—both online and in-store.
You’ll report to the European Sales Directors and be trusted to manage your time independently. Key responsibilities include:
+ Build and strengthen relationships with current and new retail partners, delivering an excellent brand experience
+ Provide field training to dealers and end users on PRS products and processes
+ Stay on top of European inventory levels and upcoming arrivals
+ Work closely with the demand planning team to align targets and trends
+ Track product and market trends; report back with insights and make recommendations to support R&D and commercial strategy
+ Prepare monthly plans and present them during sales meetings
+ Maintain deep product knowledge, including historical understanding of PRS guitars
+ Collaborate with the European Marketing team to ensure retail partner promotions are fully supported
Location
This is a hybrid role, primarily field-based, with regular travel throughout your territory. You’ll also work from our Rotterdam office at least one full day every two weeks. Participation in trade shows and local events is expected.
Qualifications and Skills
+ Excellent communication skills and a confident, approachable personality
+ At least five years of experience in musical instrument distribution, with strong knowledge of the EU markets
+ A proven track record in sales and key account management, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
+ Ability to confidently demonstrate guitars and related products
+ Strategic, commercially minded, and comfortable using data to drive long-term results
+ Full, clean driving licence
Compensation and Equal Opportunity
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a company car or car allowance.
Paul Reed Smith International is an equal opportunities employer.
